Professional & experience, give helpful advice. Packing team well timing and efficiency. While other moving company not even communicate until our packing was done.

From the beginning, the company did an excellent job. They gave me a good price, but I particularly liked their representative and the service that the company provided. They were careful and thorough and replaced some of the boxes I used because they said that the boxes didn't look strong enough. My shipment arrived in perfect condition and on time. I highly recommend Optimoving.

Optimove was recommended by other expats teachers who had left Korea and I can see why. [name removed by Sirelo] is professional, caring, honest, and always in contact. They did a great job at everything. I could not be more satisfied. They have free storage, efficient and looked after every aspect of the move. I can't understand why the other moving companies were thousands of dollars more?The next lowest quotation was almost double what Optimove charged. I would recommend Optimove without hesitation and have been extremely happy with the whole experience.

Overall process was really smooth and transparent. There were very fast to answer my emails, flexible with the moving date and the final price was as agreed beforehand.
The move itself was really efficient, they wrapped individual items in bubble wrap and packed everything in boxes. The shipment by boat was even faster than expected, it took only 10 days after I arrived in Taiwan (from Korea).
